I rated my used phone as flawless only to learn the buyer only called it good. Phone was always in a case with a screen shield. Had there been an excellent or very good option I'd have picked that. The difference between flawless and good was only $6.00 for this phone. No big deal! I would have accepted that if I had been offered 15% less for my other phone. However, the other phone which showed equal signs of use was valued at less than half the original $125 for flawless.
